Check out this 6061 aluminum clock replacement for 96-02 3rd Gen 4Runners! Using the factory clock location and a billet backing plate, this mount is ready to hold your electronic devices. 

This clock replacement has a ¼ clearance hole and a 7/16 hex pocket. This allows a ram ball with a 7/16 hex to fit into the pocket. Using the supplied 1/4-20 BHCS fastener from the backside, the ram ball won't be able to loosen. Especially when the attached accessory is mounted left of the 12 o'clock position.
